“A tire blew on my 2012 Winnebago Lite Five 5th wheel causing fender and body damage to the coach. After much "back and forth" between the insurance company, a local Winnebago dealer (Winnebago policy is parts can only be ordered by a Winnebago dealer) and the manufacturer Alexander's finally completed repairs. In addition, they also completed other maintenance not associated with the tire incident. Everything was completed prior to Christmas and my anticipated departure for Florida. The patience of the staff, their workmanship, dedication and honesty was outstanding and above reproach.”
