“Having a problem with my generator my contracted maintenance company did not respond to my inquiry. I contacted Advanced and my situation was addressed that day. Don had one of his technicians respond and my problem was discovered. Don followed up with me to discuss my options. After a decision was made Don kept following up with me and answered all of my questions. On the coldest day of the year Don's crew arrived and installed my new generator. Don immediately replied to my emails even answering on the weekend when the office was closed. I am very happy to be a new customer of Advanced and look forward to the great customer service Advanced demonstrates.
