He wanted a specific color and pattern done and the awesome stylist, Jen, was very nice and welcoming in explaining the process to him including the time and work involved. She took extra time to make sure that he was feeling ok and what chemical she was applying next. This is rare one-on-one service that is hard to find in the industry.
