  Excellent customer service. More than likely they stock unique tools if needed.

  Great prices. Tools that they sell beats Snap On hands down. If you go there talk to the female employees they are more helpful and know the products better than the guys that work there. I've been a long time customer and I find it disgusting that the young guys that work there are not helpful and do not know and have no knowledge of what they sell.

  Tools are okay for short term use (not craftsmen quality) but great price if you got to get it done. Nails, sandpaper, drill bits, yard tools, respirators... are all okay. Clean store and fairly rapid service. Discounts are very attractive along with a free tool - hard to turn down. Get on their mailing.

  Great place to pick up tools. Great selection and assortment of various levels of tools for automotive, around the home, wood work, and anything you may need. Could use help in the customer service and information areas. No issues with shopping, just finding things.
