Was looking for a dry cleaner to clean my son’s tuxedo and suits. On a whim tried Fairfax Valet. They did a fine job on the first thing we took so we returned for future cleanings.
Because of the times that we live in, we went to pick his tux up one day and they were closed due to covid. There was a sign on the door for emergency pick ups. Since my son was returning back to college in Miami, he had to have his tux. So my son emailed the contact listed on the sign and within MINUTES Eric responded back, set up a time to meet us at the store to grab my son’s tux and he gave us his cell phone number for any communication.
When we were packing my son for his return to college, we got realized that he left his garment bag for his tux at the cleaners and my son was leaving for school the next day. We reached out to Eric and he said no worries, and he Federal Expressed my son’s garment bag to him in Miami.
I rarely do reviews because customer service isn’t always the best these days but we had more than outstanding customer service from Fairfax Valet!
