“Tesla's Wilmington service center was fantastic. On President's day, I was visiting family (and picking up a wedding dress) in Wilmington. To make it home, I needed to charge, but my car would not charge at a supercharger on I-95. I managed to eke out the drive to the Tesla service center in Wilmington and they were great. They fit me in, so I could get home the same day. Not only did they fix my charging problem, they also actually fixed a navigation download and a seatbelt issue without my even asking or telling them. The store manager was wonderful and the mechanics were very competent, especially a fellow with a silver goatee. I would recommend them unreservedly.”
