Very clean and nice looking train station. Well staffed and the staff are trained well in that they cared I had a train that just departed and didn’t know where to catch a taxi and when I went home they cared that my train was arriving and led me to the train platform while giving me some history on the train station and Wilmington!!

This Amtrak station is very clean and safe. There are coffee shop, clean bathroom, plenty of benches in the waiting room, ticketing office and staff are always around. If your train delays, go short walk to riverfront and bars/restaurants.
