(December 30, 2018, 5:37 pm)All the staff, especially Rob, are super helpful! I am new to cycling and Rob was patient and extremely helpful during my fitting appointment. I was able to do my first clip in ride with no issues thanks to his help in me learning the process. He also helped me with my car rack- went above and beyond!

(October 5, 2018, 12:55 pm)Met with Rob (the owner) a few weeks ago for a bike fitting, he determined what kind of riding I do and my capabilities, then identified 3 bikes in addition to the one I was interested in to consider. Narrowed the choices to 2, and Rob ordered one in for me to test ride (the other was in the store). Test rode both today, selected one and ordered it. Rob has a wealth of knowledge that he readily shares and I'm confident that I'm getting the best bike for me, and BTW, the bike I was initially interested in would have cost considerably more. Do yourself a favor, if you're in the market for a bike, go see Rob at Garrison's Cyclery!
(June 19, 2018, 12:01 pm)I stopped in to have some service done on my mountain bike. Rob and his staff were super friendly and the work was completed quickly and professionally. I will definitely be returning and happily recommending this gem of a bike shop!
