  Dr. David wilderman is a great physical therapist. I went there for my knee that i injured while working out. He gave me a very thorough examination.l and has a very clean environment. He is an honest man and didn't recommend me to do his program whereas he could have and instead gave me some tips and exercises to help heal the problem. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a physical therapist!

  Dr. Dave is not only an accomplished Physical Therapist but a caring individual. I suffered an injury a little over a year ago and he was quick to offer tips to help me recover faster. Dr. Dave is a kind and compassionate professional. His patients love him!

  I went to Dr Dave after rolling my ankle on vacation and he had me up and literally running within a few visits. No hassle - spends the entire visit with you and you never wait around. He also helped my son after ACL surgery and was a life-saver in those challenging first days post-surgery. Got him up and mobile and on the road to recovery. Highly recommend him. Extremely knowledgeable and caring!

  Dr. Dave is by far one of if not the best physical therapist in the state of Delaware. Not only does he listen intently, he is also very patient with everyone who visits. Dr. Dave provides helpful information via a weekly blog post newsletter.
  
  I have heard nothing but good information from Dr. Dave and was honored to have him as one of my Podcast guests, as he was shared a lot of information about "Tech Neck" and how "Sitting has become the New Smoking". I recommend Dr. Dave for any PT you may need, regardless of injury or age.

  "Dr Dave" is the ONLY Doctor I recommend for physical therapy and for back pain, as his motto is to try to keep you pain free without the use of opiates, as the epidemic is destroying Wilmington, and the entire state.
