She spoke about wills and trusts, about getting your final wishes put down on paper, about having someone to guide you through the difficult process and paperwork after a loved one has died. She talked about making sure your college age students are protected once they turn 18. Did you know that if you don't have a legal document on file making you their guardian, if something happens, once they are 18, the school/ hospital, doctor can't talk to you?????
