The mechanics are honest and won't sell you more than you need. The prices are more than reasonable best used tire prices in town and the customer service is the most professional I've encountered in a shop environment. Thank you guys!! As a single woman/ mom I've had my fair share of being taken advantage of when I went into a shop alone or talked too as if I am illiterate. That is not the case with these gentlemen! They are trust worthy, knowledgeable and genuinely good people, ladies we're safe with these guys.

I came in after just driving by this place after being to 5 different tire shops just to have my tire plugged, and I walked in and I was greeted by a very lovely man at the desk told me he could fix my tire right now and would only take 10mins. The compassion and the way I was treated was treated by the man at the desk at the lovely man that fixed my tire made me cry because of went I went through trying to find someone to fix my tire. I'll be back tomorrow to buy a used a tire from them for Another vehicle I need and this shop will forever be who I go to and who I will always recommend. Only $15 to plug my tire.. they treated me with respect and I'll ALWAYS be grateful for Steel City Custom.. excellent service and this place is a must go to especially if your a woman.

This place is wonderful. The owner Seth is a real nice and honest man. The workers are really good and do a great job.
