“I moved here about 5 months ago and I like it so far. Yes my car did get broken into once, but i left it unlocked and it seems to be a thing happening all around Bear area, not just this park. I find it quiet and most of the people friendly and no issues at all with management ( but not sure if newer then previous reviews) Another review also claims there are no rules, but when I applied to live here there were several that were made clear and I understood, and I was told about the previous state of the people living here and now vacated. The only issue I have is with SOME of the kids, they do not seem very friendly and seem to have a click happening which makes it tough for mine to make new friends. There are parts of the park that could use some work, you can tell who has owner pride and who doesn't easily, Maybe a park cooperative would be a good idea, but I'm new and I can't possibly be the only one to think of this.”

“Just a RV park. Took us right away when no one else would. I think the ladies in the office are great. May not be the newest or fanciest but it's just what I needed! Thanks Lake Meyers RV park!!!”

“I stayed at this location for two nights while attending a wedding in town, and it was very clean and looked nice. The only thing that I didn't like was that they advertise rooms with two queen sized beds, but they are DEFINITELY full sized beds. It was fine for us, but why claim something that's not true? I will say that they are some of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in. And all of the rooms that I saw had pull out beds. The staff was friendly and the grounds were really nice. I would return.”

“I moved to Spring Crossings (formally Autumn Park) site unseen from North Carolina and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The office staff (Jade and Cathy) was very helpful and attentive. The apartment is really nice and spacious. There's never any parking issues and I like the fact that you need a key to enter the buildings. I also met the owner who was very nice and actually had a conversation with me in his office. He explained that this property was under new management and what they've done so far. I have had no major issues and would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking to move into this area. Also, there's a grocery store and shopping center steps away from the complex. There's also the high school literally right down the street and elementary school not far. Spring Crossings is in a perfect location!”

“This place is the best! I recommend the pizza and beer specials. The owners make you feel right at home- almost like you’ve know them for years. Love the atmosphere too! There’s a funky, eclectic vibe with cool artwork all over the place, and good music. Free candy for the kids. Bring your pets.”

“First, let me explain how I have the thickest hair to begin with. This makes it very difficult to find a place that can deal with my type of hair. Since I moved from Washington DC, it was very hard to find such a place in Delaware. Thank the hair gods that I stumbled upon Trilogy! The people there know about hair and how to manage it. What I love the most is that they listen to your needs and will be honest in their opinion. They give great advice on products and give you tips on styling at home. I like to wear my hair straight but also curly so I appreciate the tips! My go to stylist are Aimee and Lee, but everyone there is amazing. You just choose who you connect with because a girl has to have that to have good hair.”

“Lums Pond is a fantastic place for hiking, biking, kayaking and camping. The fishing can be fun too, however the pond seems to be over fished, and as such it can be very hit or miss. Overall, I've almost always had pleasant experiences at Lums, and would definitely recommend going.”
