I have read critique about the teachers and have to say that the teachers which I've met up through middle school, are some of the best in terms of being knowledgeable and working with students and families. Some classes could be more consistent in terms of expectations (deadlines, grades, etc.) and some teachers could use a reminder that school is meant to teach students in ways that will have a greater impact on student lives than doing projects that don't relate to what should be taught or spending time becoming friends with students; students need more guidance, not more gossip and friends (especially in middle school). Despite these few concerns, I will gladly continue my children's education at OCS.”
