Pretty decent place to stay close to lots of attractions

Amazing place! I come here every summer with my siblings, parents, and grandparents. We have a great time share. I also love the enviorment around here its very calm and very easy access to the beach! Interior is amazing! I wouldnt want to go anywhere else! ????

Great time share. We have two weeks we own here. Walking distance to the beach and other great places. Quiet area. Older crowd. Pool and hot tub. Friendly people. Great place to escape and de-stress.

Summer Place is a relaxing, happy environment. Condos range from 2 rooms to upwards of 4, sleeping over 8. There is a beautiful pool and they're currently updating the hot tub. Two parking spaces are slotted per unit and overflow parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis. It's a 5 minute, or 1 block walk to the ocean and 3 blocks from the Bethany Boardwalk. The staff is incredibly helpful. You can purchase to own a week or rent. It's in a great location and perfect for families.
