“When my MacBook Pro broke for the first time, I called around to several computer repair shops. Everyone told me it was "too complicated" to work on, and they suggested I take it to Apple. I was very upset because I did not want to pay Apple's high prices. Luckily I found Dominic. He told me it would be no problem for him to fix it! Obviously he is the only one in the area smart enough and competent enough to work on MacBook Pros. I've taken my laptop to him twice now. He's always done a great job. On top of that he is very nice and funny! Hopefully I'll never need to repair my laptop again, but if I do I'll definitely take it to The Laptop Shop.”

“The technician was "EARLY" for the appointment (needed stove and ice maker looked at)... We were very surprised and HAPPY! Howard was professional, very polite, friendly & honest! (We had already had a neighbor look at it - but wanted a professional opinion.) He told us the problem and offered solutions that included his company doing the work but also ones that we could find others to do at a cheaper price. We were VERY happy with the service and the cost of the estimate (NOT once did the employee we spoke to to set up the appointment EVER say it would be free...) We would contact this company again for help with our appliances if we ever needed help again. 5 stars! :O)”

“We can’t say enough good things about Wilkins Wildlife. Jay responded to our 10 pm frantic phone call when no one else would, came right over to our house, and gently caught and re-homed a bat flying around my kitchen and dining room. Jay returned during normal business hours and in a timely and efficient fashion gently evicted a colony of bats from my attic and bat proofed our home. The work was beautifully done- professional, timely. Since then we have had no further problems with bats. Since that time, Jay has resolved other wildlife related issues for us. and we have found him to be courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. It is wonderful to have a service that can gently catch and rehome a wild creature and at the same time protect human property and keep us humans from getting injured.
