They had the Classic Hoagiefest sale going on at that time and I really love their tuna Hoagies! Their coffee is always fresh and a nice variety also, I love the way that have the coffee station setup; so, U can fix your own version; just the way U like it. The cashiers and the employees who work to make the hoagies do a fantastic job! If anyone cannot operate the automated ordering system; they will be more than happy to help you out! So, that U will get what U want, when U want it and how U want it! It seems to me that patience is a thing of the past! Come on ppl give these hard working folks a break! “When my MacBook Pro broke for the first time, I called around to several computer repair shops. Everyone told me it was "too complicated" to work on, and they suggested I take it to Apple. I was very upset because I did not want to pay Apple's high prices. Luckily I found Dominic. He told me it would be no problem for him to fix it! Obviously he is the only one in the area smart enough and competent enough to work on MacBook Pros. I've taken my laptop to him twice now. He's always done a great job. On top of that he is very nice and funny! Hopefully I'll never need to repair my laptop again, but if I do I'll definitely take it to The Laptop Shop.”

He quickly discovered what happened, called the fraud department & had the entire situation handled. He personifies what you always hope for in customer service - empathy, patience, knowledge & genuine kindness. He quickly turned an inconvenient experience into a great one & I ended up purchasing a new phone & he set that up for me too. People like him are scarce these days so it was a pleasant surprise to actually be greeted & assisted by someone so kind.
