This year we came with a group of friends and they were amazed at how well we were accommodated, the friendliness of both the owners and staff and most of all how good the food was. “Hubby and I stayed here for 3 week nights in early August. When we got into our room we discovered that the air conditioner was not working properly. In a matter of minutes they set us up in a new room. The new room had a kitchen so we were pleased with that. Our room was clean and had plenty of towels. They offer free coffee and continental breakfast every morning. We really enjoyed the sun decks which were great for people watching. The Beach is half a block away, the bay a couple blocks. There is a pool there. We didn't use it but The people that did seemed to enjoy it. The hotel is centrally located with many bars and restaurants within walking distance. The price was fair for a beach town. We would definitely stay here again!”

“An older joint but good pizza. The first day the two carryout pizzas was fantastic, the salad was soggy and felt like it was made hours ago sitting in it's dressing for as long also so avoid the salad. (Half star less) The next day the pizza was sightly undercooked (other half star off) but still decent for our hungry group. They go heavier on the sauce which we actually like. Dough was firm and chewy, the sauce was pretty good and seasoned well, not too salty like some places. The cheese was good too. Disclosure: I own pizza stores...”

“Excellent crab cakes. Excellent service. Would give 5 stars but was slightly turned off by the couple sitting near us with a dog., whom they let sit with his paws on the table. Would have expected that in summer when the deck /porch area is open but it seemed odd during the winter when it’s enclosed.”
