She brought one dish out at a time slowly, so that three of us had to sit with our food getting cold in front of us while we waited until we all had our plates. This place is the best kept secret in Delaware, quite possibly the best 'lil Italian bistro around. You do yourself a grave disservice if you only come here for the pizza, for while there is nothing wrong with that, you really owe it to yourself to order an entree and put Stefano to the challenge. His food does not disappoint. Homemade bread, homemade sauces, Stefano truly brings the flavor of Napoli to his cooking. I have not had any entree I didn't enjoy, and if you leave here hungry, it's your own fault! A final note - I tell Stefano all the time that his Marinara sauce is the best I have ever had, and I would put it up against any other Marinara from four or five star eateries. It's truly magical, especially if you get fresh garlic bread with cheese and dribble it on the bread... I'm getting hungry now myself! :-)”

“I can’t speak highly enough about the food and the service. My co-workers and I have been talking about TenderBones Rib Shack for months. We were not disappointed. We set the order up for 1 pm pickup and at 1 pm everything was ready. I had the treat of absorbing all the fabulous smells riding back to work in my car. We had pulled chicken, rolls, baked beans, cornbread, macaroni and cheese and several ribs for 10 people. Everyone raved over the food. I ate so much I didn’t even have to eat dinner. We had plenty of leftovers as well for another spread the following day. As a side note while I was picking up our order another gentleman bought the steak sandwich and when I say it was huge. IT WAS “HUGE”!!! I can’t wait to get back and try the steak sandwich. If you are thinking about going to TenderBones Rib Shack just do it. You will not be disappointed.”
