“Upon my arrival with my friend on our “girls weekend trip” to the centrally located hotel in DC, I was greeted immediately and professionally. The checking-in process was extremely smooth and resourceful and we even got recommendations on what places were the must see in the area. The decor at the location is beautiful, but my favorite space in the hotel was our room! The room was spacious and cleanly, honestly I was expecting the basic size of a general hotel room, but this was double that size. Normally I feel as if there is never enough room for women and their make up and luggage’s full of clothing that will most likely not be all worn on a three day trip, but at this location that thought never crossed my mind. The room was extremely quiet and really made everything feel safe and comfortable. Room service was very patient and efficient with our request and of course I can not forget about their amazing French toast (it’s a must try when you stay). I cant wait to return to D.C. and stay again, I wish I found this gem a lot sooner.”

“4 blocks from Dupont Circle Metro. In older neighborhood with lots of charm. Newly renovated rooms, at least on the upper floors. Don't know if they are still working on the others or if they're finished. Appreciated being upgraded to a Jr Suite room with city view. Enjoyed dinner in the bar. Especially enjoyed the fish tacos. The breakfast buffet was also good. I am always happy when I find salmon and capers on the buffet. I've been here several times now and the service is consistently great.”

“An unforgettable place, beautiful 2 storey house with a yard. The owner & manager was welcoming and friendly. Kristen is very knowledgeable of local public transport and attractions. Clean shared and private areas, absolutely spotless! Rules were reasonable, put there in consideration of others, you'd see it at any shared home or hostel. Being in a house sharing with others resulted in a closer-knit environment. We all got to know each other well, developed some really great friends that will continue for many years to come. “One of the best rooms I’ve ever stayed. Awesome design. However, one of the least comfortable beds. The bed is way too soft, not quite flat and the worst thing is it generates a lot of heat, got super hot during night with 65 degrees Fahrenheit AC. I ended up being super tired the next day. Hope they can improve!”

“The place was clean, both interior and exterior. Coffee machine in the room with good coffee. A bag of snack and water on check-in. No free breakfast. Microwave in lobby. Washing machine in hallway. Just few miles from downtown, but it might take 20 to 30 minutes because of traffic. I would say above my expectation for the money.”
