“We had an awesome bus driver tonight! I wish I had caught his name... Maybe the company can figure it out from this review. Me and my coworker were the only 2 passengers heading from the air and space museum back to our hotel, Marriott at Metro Center. We all had great conversation and when an awesome song came on the radio, we joked that if it hadn't ended by the time we got to the hotel, we were going to stay on the bus until it was over. Well, he actually stopped the bus before our hotel so we could hang out and enjoy the rest of the song!! Unfortunately security made us move but we really appreciated him doing that. If I had had cash, I definitely would have given him a tip! He really showed great customer service which I always appreciate! He said he'd been doing this for 26 years, I believe, so he's definitely a dedicated employee who deserves a raise!!”
