They were very thorough with any suggestions that they thought would complement our design. They were great about maintaining a clean work space. They made sure to clean up everything at the end of each day. Since they began working on the porch we have had countless neighbors that we've never seen before stopping by to look at the house, commenting and asking questions. She followed through and up with me on every step of the procedures that had to be completed on my end and on hers until everything was resolved in a satisfactory way. In the future, when dealing with the Lafayette Credit Union , I would prefer to deal directly and exclusively with Ms. Alda. As opposed to many employees ( particularly those in call centers), she knows her stuff and is able to provide answers and solutions to the customer’s questions and concerns.”
