I have chronic back pain from an injury I suffered some years ago and I need a certain type of mattress and he found which one felt really good to me, then when I told him I couldn't afford it he found me one that was just as good with a 10 year warranty for 1/3rd the price. Today I bought a Springfield Pillow Top Twin Mattress and Box Spring from Jeff at Mattress By Appointment. Jeff was very nice and polite and so helpful. I called and made an appointment and was able to come in store to check out the mattresses. I told Jeff what I was wanting in a mattress and he encouraged me to try a couple different mattresses in the store and I found one that was perfect for my needs! I'm 32 weeks pregnant and wanted a mattress that offered support but was also soft and comfortable, the Springfield Pillow Top covered all of those needs. Jeff also delivered my mattress and box spring to my house. I highly recommend to call Jeff at Mattress By Appointment if you need a mattress or box spring. He is friendly, helpful and professional.
