(June 7, 2023, 9:12 am)Purchased a new home in Cocoa and asked around about the best local company to use for hurricane shutters. Atlantic was the clear choice from those neighbors who previously shopped around. We had three companies scheduled to provide bids, two showed up and we were clearly impressed with Atlantic's on site presentation. Their product offering and experience were clearly evident. They were a bit more expensive than our low bid, but the accordion shutters they offered was a much higher grade all around than the other local company.

They came out twice per our request to take measurements and patiently explain the types of aluminum window shutters and doorway roll down products we could choose from that would achieve our hurricane protection, home security enhancements, aesthetics, and project pricing goals. Once our custom ordered parts arrived they scheduled our installation and sent such a terrific group of technicians who answered all of our questions throughout the installation project. The owner stopped by to make sure everything was turning out the way we had hoped. Atlantic Storm Protection was recommended to us by our neighbors who hired them a couple years ago, and we will be recommending this company to others from now on also. Thanks for a job well done!
(November 21, 2022, 10:13 pm)Very positive experience, highly recommended. I installed hurricane shutters through them in May 2022 for all the windows and doors in my house. They beat the quoted lead time which was important to me being right before hurricane season and price was competitive with other companies. Service was high quality and done promptly. Throughout the process all my questions were answered quickly and completely. Did a great job handling all the necessary paperwork including permits and HOA approval, making the process simple and easy for me. Most importantly the shutters worked great during two hurricanes this year, and I cannot overstate how much I enjoyed only needing 20 minutes to put up my shutters.
(November 9, 2022, 12:32 pm)I would give them a 10 plus for customer service! They went above and beyond the day before Hurricane Nicole! They delivered lost wingnuts and reviewed as well as deployed my existing hurricane screens. I cannot tell you how appreciative I am! A wonderful company who absolutely follows through for their customers! Kudos!!!!! It is so wonderful to have a company which values quality!
