(February 21, 2020, 11:14 pm)I love the variety of classes (including “Pound” — an amazingly fun cardio workout where you’re moving around with neon green drumsticks to high energy music with an incredible instructor while calories and stress are burnt away...ok, it’s hard to explain, just come take a free trial class ????)! The positive atmosphere; the “small gym” feel; the child care availability; and the motivational, supportive, and knowledgeable instructors; make this gym my favorite.

(February 20, 2020, 1:13 pm)Fantastic women's gym. No machines, 100% trainer based classes with lots of variety. Trainers are warm and friendly, and will make you laugh while you're cursing the workout (and building muscle). They care about you and your goals, and guide you in doing the exercises correctly as they go. After months of cardio and healthy eating on my own, I decided to find a gym to gain strength training After research, I joined Empower. After my first 9 classes I was down a pants size, and found some physical challenges I've faced in the past had become easy. Love these ladies, and this gym.

Gia Baker is an awesome certified trainer that not only takes care of you at every fitness level, but also trains you into shape. Come check her classes out, along with so many other training options and amazing instructors at Empower Fitness.
(February 20, 2020, 11:20 am)Great gym! Wide variety of classes with amazing trainers and owners! The workouts are challenging and always have modifications. Great community of women! It is such a positive and encouraging environment! Love my gym!
