“I had an amazing experience this past weekend at Zivel. I was greeted by Destiney and Sage who were incredible with educating us on each service. They speak with enthusiasm when discussing the benefits of each service offered and answered all of our questions. My daughter tried float therapy for her anxiety and stress related to her daily challenges with being autistic. She really enjoyed the peace of floating in silence and felt completely relaxed while in the pod. (Something that is very rare for her.) I tried the infrared sauna and cryotherapy. The sauna was my favorite and surprisingly at 150 degrees, I did not sweat. Cryotherapy was also quite enjoyable, and I can see how it would really benefit a specific muscle target if I were experiencing any pain or fatigue. I will say I did sleep extremely well after using these services. Owners, Heidi and Curtis are dedicated to helping the community reach personal fitness and lifestyle goals. “I am a long-term resident of Nursing and Rehabilitation of Melbourne. I recieve excellent care from a friendly, courteous and knowledgeble staff. They also help with my appointments and transportation needs. While the food could use improvement it is good and varied with many choices. Snacks are always available. As this facility is one of the few that allows smoking I find it a welcome relief from reality. Also, the courtyard is sunny and very pleasant. Therapy staff is wonderful exceeds my expectations. I would recommend this facility for anyone needing long-term care, short-term respite or rehab therapy.”

“Everything was as promised, we arrived at the restaurant of our choice and the limosine arrived about ten minutes early and waited for us to finish a light appetizer. On the way to the airport he provided us our champagne an Asti as requested. We were promptly greatest by the pilot and we were promptly take to the plane and we left for a sun set flight which was amazing! After landing they provided us with a gift card for the restaurant which generously covered our meal and we were taken back to the restaurant. The owners really went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for us. It was a great experience and we absolutely will consider doing it again.”

Nick had my last measurements on hand and punched out the ball for me with an excellent professional drill job. While I was onsite they took care of polishing up another ball I brought in. Good stuff. Quality shop. Great service. Knowledgeable. Listens to wants and provides great advice. Thanks again!!! Adding, the layout of the shop is small and has the product lines conveniently laid out. Need something that may not be in stock, the staff here can order it and have it usually in a couple business days. Everyone is polite and eager to answer questions. I've even had them come out to the lanes and monitor my ball rotation to make sure they conduct the best drilling for my personal movements. Just overall quality shop and great customer service.”
