  Staff care the utmost for animals and always take the time to educate customers. Owners are up-to-date with the latest products and care and the animals for sale are extremely well maintained. Customer service is always 100% to EVERYONE, no exceptions, every time, without an ounce of bias or discrimination. I've been shopping there since it opened and I send all MY customers to them for products and feeders. Thank you ladies and keep up the excellent work!

  Amazing store and even better staff! I've been going here for about a year or so and have never been dissatisfied! The women are very friendly and knowledgeable about their reptiles! I truly believe they go above and beyond for their customers!

  Great store, very inviting & friendly owners. Animals looked well loved and taken care of. Store was very clean, displays were set up nicely. All around great place, look forward to visiting again!

  These two ladies are fantastic! I wouldn’t trust any other local vendor for my feeders or reptiles. No one else is good enough! The store is clean, the owners are extremely knowledgeable, the animals receive top care, whether they are for sale or adoption, and they won’t sell animals to just anyone. It’s about the animals first and foremost, and I just can’t say enough things about how amazing Lily Pad Pets truly is!
