I am a paraplegic wheelchair user. We purchased a house which had an inaccessible primary bathroom. We hired Lee to assist us in the renovation. Lee came up with a very creative design which renovated the primary bath with a roll in shower and accessible toilet area. In addition, he was able to give us an extra half bath in the same space.
Lee was very responsive. He and his project manager were at the jobsite regularly to ensure progress and quality. All of his sub-contractors were professional and a pleasure to work with. We could not be happier with the end result and fair cost.

SandL helped create a floor plan for our bathroom that we needed assistance with, then executed each trade to make a fluid experience for us. Our project required demo to the studs. Piping needed to be moved, electric all rerouted. Tile work was outstanding. Tatiana is communicative with all trades and her clients. Lee shows up weekly to check on jobs. Payment process is effortless via online system. Highly recommend SandL for your renovation!
