The Pearl Of Viera Apartments

We are looking to open a third location for our remodeling business in Melbourne and so my girlfriend and I decided to take a tour with Mackenzie... and let us just say- we were amazed. Mackenzie was by far the most professional touring agent I've ever worked with. She understood and actually listened to us before just showing us what was available. When we make the move we will for sure be moving in here. Great job Mackenzie!

Our experience with The Pearl at Viera Apartments has been very good. We have looked at many different apartment complexes in the area, including all the way down to Palm Bay. The Pearl is by far one of the nicest and affordable apartment complexes that we have looked at (we have visited over half a dozen). We were able to look around in a vacant apartment. It was extremely clean and well cared for. It was cleaner and better cared for than many other apartment complexes we have looked at. It was definitely move-in ready!
