“Rooms were newer and minimalist. No ice buckets or any typical hotel amenities. A fridge and large safe were provided. The room was not the cleanest, and we found long black hairs in the bed and shower. Someone also repeatedly knocked on the door during the night. The breakfast was just ok, mostly grab and go items like prepackaged sugary muffins and cereal/oatmeal. There were Jimmy Dean prepackaged breakfast sandwiches under a heat lamp that were dry and unappetizing. There was fruit cups but the fruit itself was a bit rotten. For families: No crib available. Blackout curtains work great and the area is quiet. There's also no tub and hard vinyl flooring. Seems to be a hotel geared for a solo business traveler and not super family friendly.”

“This is a great place to live. It is a very community oriented mobile home park. They have cleaned it up alot from when I lived there 8 years ago. I would have to say that management really worked with me on my rental issues. The property manager Miss V was helpful and a very great resource for me. I think that more people should move there because rent is cost effective and is a great community. Please go and get your property there as soon as possible. The trailers have been recently renovated and are in great condition. Don't miss out on a great opportunity.”

“The people here made Kei, my hound dog, and I so welcomed. I had the unfortunate experience of having no where to go after my landlord of 10 years passed away from Parkinson's disease. All my belongings were in storage. There were some issues with the rooms but overall the people there, shout out to Manny, made our stay comfortable. Thank you to everyone!”

“Room was extremely clean, bed was comfortable with plenty of spreads and blankets. Nice bright paint job with shutters that made me feel I was in the keys. Nice thick plush towels and plenty of them. The shower was very clean with hot water asst a touch, no waiting 30 min to come out. Nice lamps with enough electrical reciprocal for all my gadgets within reach. Enjoyed my stay”

“I stayed in this hotel over the weekend before Christmas in 2018. My stay was great! I was initially worried based on the location (I used to live in this area, and I heard 192 near 95 could be sketchy at times, but I'd never personally lived or stayed in this specific area), but this hotel was great! The entrance was a little weird to find, but I didn't have much issue because I was using Google Maps anyway, and they labeled the roads and entrances very well. I had no trouble finding the front office - which was comfortable, and the staff was incredibly professional and friendly. I was in a room with two double beds for just me, so I had PLENTY of space. The room was VERY clean and well-decorated. It felt nice and modern. The bathroom felt a little less modern and a little less clean, but it was perfectly fine and I had no trouble using it. The parking lot was extremely well-lit at night. Like, from my room, it looked like the sun was coming up. This was awesome for making me feel like my car was secure (especially since I was already somewhat concerned about the area.) It was less awesome for sleeping, but I'm the type of person who needs total darkness in order to sleep. (Maybe bring a face mask, if that's a problem for you.) Check in and check out were quick and professional. The staff were kind and patient. I will definitely stay here the next time I go back home.”

“There were several extras that I hadn't seen before. They have a treat stand where you can buy microwaveable aside dishes and snacks along with drinks and candy for Brendon machine prices. This is in addition to infused water and full 4 flavor coffee display. Breakfast is complimentary and includes fruit smoothies. Only negative was the squeaky okay matress. Good for the money.”
