“This is a Wonderful 55+ Golf and RV community. The grounds are beautifully surrounded by a small golf course. About 300 RV lots are located here, many with small homes built on the sites as well. The folks here are friendly and it is very nice community.”

“This was our first stay at anywhere other than a hotel, and it was a completely different experience. From the moment we arrived at this magnificent Inn we knew we had made a great decision to stay here. We were welcomed by the owners at the door, signed in and were shown around the common areas. Everyone including the others staying at this location were super friendly and made us feel at home. It was like we were staying with friends we had not seen in a while. We shared good conversations, were told about some great places to dine and were really close to a lot of fun places that the east coast has to offer. Not only were the owners great hosts, but the Inn itself was very accomodating . Each and every room was very clean. Each bedroom also has its own full private bathroom.The furniture both in private rooms and open areas was comfortable and charming. And the extras, the food and the drinks they supplied were all very generous. They even had a place to store our kayaks that we had brought with us. If I could give this establishment a higher rating than 5 starts, I most definitely would. This has been the most enjoyable and easy stay we have ever had and we travel a good amount. We are already looking for an excuse to come back so that we may stay in another one of their fun themed rooms. Thank you so much for having us! -James & Desirae”

“Wasn't expecting too much in this price range, but it was excellent. Highly recommend as a place to stay for your visit to the Kennedy Space Center. We were given an accessible room (which we didn't require or ask for) so had extra space which was nice. Great location for Walmart, Panda Express, Cracker Barrel and lots of other places to eat. Breakfast was excellent, really nice people keeping everything fresh. Thank you!”

“We loved this hotel. Great location. Close to everything you would want to do in Brevard County and a straight shot over to Orlando. They have everything you would need to make your stay easier. The staff is very helpful. I loved that Denny's is connected to the hotel and is open 24/7. That helped a lot because we didn't have a car this trip. We also had a huge king bed. My 5yo loved sharing a big bed with me.”

“My name is Steve Lawson. My wife & I have lived here in West Wood Mobile Park for approx.7 years now..Before speaking to the Land Lord about renting here Our Pastor Gina, my wife & I prayed in front of the office & asked God to give us favor. Then we met the Land Lord Gene & Sandy Bowman. They were very nice to us & walked us to a few different mobile homes to give us our choice. Each mobile home was very clean & attractive. The monthly rent here was way more reasonable than any other place we considered renting. Plus free city water, free WiFi. I have never seen a more experienced maintenance man as well as harder worker as our Land Lord Gene Bowman who works everyday keeping this park 100% clean, safe, & maintained. We have fortunately made really good friends with many of our neighbors here, & everyone here is nice & friendly. The owner Bill loves animals & takes much concern in giving us a very nice clean friendly park here. It is drug free here. There is also a very low crime rate percentage here, with a very good monitoring system to keep out illegal activity, which keeps us feeling safe here. We are very blessed that the Lord gave us favor 7 years ago & allowed us to live here. Sincerely Steve Lawson”

“We have used this business at my work before so we hired them for our wedding. She has so many options and Kellie will make anything you want. She uses great ingredients and even addresses allergies etc. She sets up and serves. They pick up and clean. Even had a bartender. The guests raved about how delicious the food was. We received many comments on that. In addition, when they left it looks as when they arrived. I mean it! Clean!!! Highly recommend this company.”

“Very nice hotel. Clean ! Everyone working here were great. Includes hot breakfast, good variety of options. I have to compliment Jim at the front desk! Watching him work the front desk and also the breakfast area one day doing all by himself was impressive ! Don't loose this man, he Is an asset to your business ! Our only complaint is, I wish they would NOT allow smoking in the pool area like other hotels we've been to. We will find out next year when we go back.”

“Stacy and her husband Don are super nice people. The rooms are quaint. They provide a small heater in each room. The water is well and it is a bit hard and smells of iron. But it has good water pressure and it's hot. It is pretty quiet here. There is stores and restaurants close by. Don also makes Wonderful concrete statues and planters and bird baths. Very reasonably priced! Check them out, he will give you a good deal! Great weekly rate with no deposit.”

“My fiancé & I just stayed the night @ this hotel 2 days ago. It was phenomenal. Incredibly clean, quiet, & a great area. It had to have been just built within a year. Not to mention.. our favorite place to eat was WALKING DISTANCE from the hotel.. CRACKER BARREL. There are other restaurants in the area near by also. Cocoa Beach was a 20 minute drive which was our destination.”
