“Repaired a leak inside an exterior wall. I contacted him by text because he was recommended by another neighbor and he responded right away. He arrived at the day / time agreed and did a through inspection of where the leak could be. He explained everything he needed to do and offered a competitive pricing to do the job. We needed up opening a couple of walls to fix and install a new line and he did everything the same day. Would definitely recommend as he is very responsive and responsible.”

“Code Brown! My tenant called me and let me know that her bathtub was backing up. I get it, I have a duplex that was built in 1956. It has old plumbing. My previous tenant had 3 cats. Yikes. After liquid draino didn't work, I called Dennis over at Universal Electric Services and asked him to refer someone. He referred Platinum. I appreciate the fact that they followed up and were accurate about what time they would be here for my service call. Tony was efficient and courteous while he was here. A little less than 2 hours of snakin' cost me $200. A little expensive, perhaps, but a great experience all around. Platinum comes highly recommended. And they showed up (see photos) in a swanked out turd-truck that was big, new, clean, and ready for any job. Kudos!”

“Excellent service. Our condo association uses them. Yesterday the water supply line to our condo broke behind a concrete wall in the garage and PMS sent out a plumber by the name of Luis Perez. The trouble was the line broke between the house shutoff valve and the main valve which supplied about three other units. so time was of the essence. Using an electric chisel he cut away the concrete until he got to good pipe to work with and then rebuilt the piping to the house shutoff valve. He was very skilled in grinding. cutting. brazing and threading in the new piping and fittings. He used a an innovative dresser type coupling to join tbe incoming galvanized pipe to the copper pipe in the house to reduce the galvanic corrosion which is what broke the line in the first place.Total job took about 4 hours of work and this included a trip back to his shop to get fittings. This was also on a Friday afternoon. God send as the other houses were we're without water. Definitely the go-to plumbing company.”
