“Margaret was a joy to work with and showed such great customer service to my husband and I. We've been working with Margaret for a few weeks on making sure the van rental was secure and ready to go since we would be flying from out of state but last Wednesday, we saw that Ft. Lauderdale had flooded, including the airport and Margaret had called and checked us days before we were to fly out, on the morning of our flight, we were minutes away from the airport about to park and we found out our flight was cancelled and Margaret called just after we'd found out to see how we were, we told her about our flight being cancelled and she made a call to the Miami MW location and they had only one van left for us to rent and made sure we were able to still get it. Talk about timing!!! Margaret made us feel at ease as this was the first time we've had to travel this way since my husband has been in a power wheelchair.
