“I have been comint to Brock Pilates for 9 months on the suggstion of my neighbor. It is the most challenging workout I hace ever done but also the most satisfying. I have never stuck to any workout for longer than a few months. But I have been going to Brock Pilates at least 3 times a week and my body thanks me for it! I can really see an improvement in my strength, balance and total body. The workout is never the same twice and you are always doing something new to build even the tiniest of support muscles.
