(November 18, 2019, 11:59 am)Barbie’s yoga flow is amazing. It can be gently or strong as she always give modifications for all. Her class is all in one, a great workout, with sweat, and a mindful meditation experience. She does great in incorporating all aspect of yoga, not just physical. I always crave her class!

It it just what I was looking for in a yoga class. I highly recommend to try and live the experience.
