Kevin was my associate on this Sunday afternoon (2/20/2022) and he is superb - hands downs extremely knowledgeable, beyond helpful and the most patient agent. The customer service experience was awesome. In this current climate so many people are inpatient and customer service is lacking at many businesses - but not Kevin’s! Verizon mgmt you have a GREAT employee and Kevin deserves to be recognized for the excellent customer service he provides to all those who patronage this establishment. Great work Kevin and thank you again for your assistance and may you continue to excel in all you do! I will favorite red/white iPhone 7 - but looking forward to my 13 - silver phone!
