He is truly an artist when it comes to hair. I would say he performs magic but this is no magic. Shai is a genius. He looks at you and understands what will enhance your beauty. I may enter the salon without a smile but leave glowing and happy. Your hair frames your face and must look great. Shai will make that happen.
