“Called ahead to ask if I could get my son in right away and explain that my kid is special needs- requested a barber with patience- TiTi said it was no problem! WOW-what a great experience for my 7 year old with cerebral palsy! The staff all welcomed my son (even some clients!) they held the door so I could push his wheelchair in and instantly made it all about him! No matter when I message my barber answers with in minutes I get a response back, service and hair cuts is beyond this world. “First of all what I liked is the fact that she had an early appointment. Next, as she's doing your hair she tells you the steps, so there's no surprises. She explains what shes doing. I didn't get the color I was aiming for but we got into that family. She didn't want to damage my curls by over processing to get the color i wanted. My next appointment we will work to get me there. I love that she cared about my curls and educated me on products that she used on it. I definitely recommend her for your hair needs.”

The owner and manager check in and remembered me by name as I walked into the salon. Hello! Talk about amazing service!! I was blown away as my name is unique and difficult to pronounce. It made me feel special and noticed. This was actually my first time getting my hair professionally dyed, needless to say, I was a nervous reck! However it was silly of me because Gina took excellent care of me. She was patient with all my endless questions and soothed me by her professional option. It made me feel valued and that I could completely trust her to pull of her legendary hair magic!
