“Great little restaurant on the boardwalk! Our server Lynn is the best.! Very welcoming and friendly from the beginning to end! We just went there for happy hour which is from: 4-7 . Ordered wine which is two for $8.00 , oysters, and clam chowder. The food was decent and the wine as well! They add an18% tip. Which in this case was well deserved.”

“I'm not sure where all of the recent reviews are coming from, Nicks is CLOSED for renovations and has been closed since at least August 1, 2018. I am eagerly awaiting the reopening and went by yesterday, February 26, 2019, and it is NOT open yet. The remodel is still in progress. No word yet as of a reopen date.”

“This quaint restaurant is absolutely fantastic. We stumbled across it while walking the boardwalk and wanted a late night meal and thought we'd take a chance. We were so impressed with the service and meal we went back the next night. The Feta Cheese Platter and the Kofte Kabob's were absolutely DELICIOUS!!!!! The waiters remembered us from the night before and were so pleasant. Wish we found this restaurant earlier in our stay on Hollywood Beach because we would've gone more than twice. We highly recommend this restaurant!”

“This is a pretty good restaurant. While here, I ordered a pizza, and it was definitely one of the better ones that I've had in a while. There were some slight communication difficulties, but it was nothing to worry about. The area it's in is a bit less than ideal, but fine nonetheless, and as such that shouldn't stop you from considering it as an option for Italian food if you find yourself in the area.”

“If you're looking to grab a quick bite or drink with a perfect view of the ocean, this is the place for you. The drink and food menu are alright, nothing too robust, but everything is made with care and the service is far above and beyond what you'll get at most beachfront restaurants nearby. The atmosphere here is what really seals the deal - it's hard to nail down but I was here for 3 days and after trying a few other spots, I found myself continuing to come back to Ocean Alley just for the atmosphere and location alone. Definitely worth stopping in once or twice if you're in the area.”

“Right next to the ocean, this Gem of the broadwalk has a variety of options for all kinds of Taco lovers. I personally got the salmon Bowl (pictured), which ended up being very filling and very tasty, and the prices are very reasonable. I came here with my fiance while we were on vacation, and we would definitely come back. While we also love the Taco Spot which is right down the street, if you love tacos and you have the chance to eat at both places, give Taco Joint, a chance as well! The food is great!”
