“Fritz, the manager, was amazing. First, he acknowledged me the moment i walked in. Second, Although his store no longer carried the cheaper battery model for my vehicle, he went the extra mile to see if any stores in the area had the cheaper battery. When he finished installing the battery, I tried to offer him a tip but he refused. I asked if I could compliment the manger and then saw on his name tag, that he was the manager! So helpful and so gratifying. Who thought a trip to an auto parts store would prompt be to be grateful enough to post a review. Thank you fritz!”
