“A boardwalk takes you around the nature preserve. You can see many birds and turtles as you walk around. Canoe rentals are available at set times. No admission - plenty of parking. This area is as peaceful as you will find in urban America. The first hour I was there I was alone with nature. This is the road less travelled. The downside is the lack of animals that I witnessed. Children will be bored, but a true nature lover will find find peace and tranquility.”
