“I just finished closing on a house with Brad and his team at Spirit Title & Escrow, and I have nothing but positive things to say about them. From the moment I reached out to them, they have been extremely responsive (usually answering emails immediately within 5-10 mins.), professional and courteous. Brad and his team have been in the business for almost 20 years and there’s a reason why they’re still around – they offer a great service at an excellent value. If you call around for quotes, you’re likely to get a similar ball park from most title companies. There really isn’t a huge discrepancy between most of the other competitors so at the end of the day, what really differentiates the service are ultimately the people. Every question or concern that I had was immediately addressed and there was never an instance that I felt that I was in bad company. When it came time to closing, Brad and his team had all of the paper work ready for me to sign and I was in and out of the office within an hour. His company keeps a low profile and the office is nothing fancy – this is intentional. The company tries to keep overhead low so they can pass along the savings to you, the customer. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience with Spirit Title & Escrow and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to any of my friends or colleagues. Oh, as an added bonus, Brad was generous to give me a nice discount because I had a copy of the Owner’s Title Insurance Policy while some of the other competitors out there wouldn’t because the policy was over 3 years old.
