I have to agree with some of the reviews about the staff's attitude as i have had a few unpleasant experiences, but must point out that there has been significant improvement in the recent months. Dr Simon has always been attentive and very pleasant. He empathize with his patients and spends time explaining treatment and the progression of your aliment. The administrative staff should recognize how much impact their behavior have on patients and the overall practice. They are the face of the practice and should learn to be effective representatives”

“I came in today after I noticed my oil light came on and concerned with some gurgling sounds coming from my car. After walking in the store, Dayjon immediately welcomed me and asked if I would need help. Knowing nothing about cars I was perplexed with everything and what oil I would need. He quickly reassured me and helped me with the type of oil I needed. He was very kind and knowledgeable about what I needed to get done and suggested that I get a complete oil change as filling it up wouldn’t help with the troubles I was experiencing. “Dr G and his office staff are the best. I’ve been going there for years and my experience is always the same: Dr G and everyone there are super friendly, he is very thorough, takes his time explaining things, answering all my questions and is very open to listening to his patients (which many Drs are not. I consider that a big negative. Just because you don’t have an MD after your name, doesn’t mean you’re not capable of having an educated conversation about your condition). I’ve never had a problem calling the office for a refill or last minute appointment. They’re very accommodating, professional and always return calls in a timely manner. In some Dr’s offices you feel it would be easier to talk to the president than to get a call back!”

“If you’re seriously looking for help towards your recovery but aren’t sure who to choose? Being a former patient of Dr. Kurter, I can honestly say that if you truly want to get better and are willing to give 100%. Dr. Kurter will give you 110%. He genuinely cares, very understanding and more than fair. I had been in and out of inpatient/outpatient programs, over 12 years I easily saw 10-15 different doctors throughout the years. The ONLY Dr. that was able to help me get on the vivitrol shot was Dr. Kurter which event I was clean for a year and a half under his care. The only Dr that stuck it out with me through my not so good times. Anyone that has ever asked me for a Dr that could help them get better, I always mention Dr. Kurter as the best Dr. you can possibly have. “Let me just say that at first I was a little skeptical about the building, but once I walked inside, it was fresh, clean and super friendly. There was so much professionalism in this place. Cindy who worked at front desk was super sweet. Dr. Kim and the other two ladies (sorry I forgot their names 😞) were the best, the best, the best. My two sons were cooperating very well and they were comfortable with these 3 amazing ladies. I live 40 minutes away from this office but it's worth the drive. I will not go anywhere else. Thank you ladies and please keep doing what you are doing. I will come back and put the other two names. They must also get recognized.
