“This restaurant is really really good. Do not be fooled by outward appearances. Inside is immaculate and blew me away. Theirs is a high level of customer service. The dining and the drinks are quite fine and super fancy. Their happy hour is dope as hell with a 2 for one feature. The roast chicken is falling off the bone. The spices are on point. The staff is so pleasant and the environment is very welcoming. Me being a New Yorker I’m super hard on my critique of restaurants. This is my new home away from home when i do not feel like cooking and want to be pampered a little bit. And the ambiance music just gives it a really nice touch. As a spiritualist this place is uplifting and relaxing. It definitely feels like a safe space and a place where I can trust the team. I love it here. “Wow. Fantastic tacos. I’m a born and raised Texan so finding an authentic Mexican taqueria was very important to me to find in South Florida and this is it. Homemade tortillas, spicy and fresh salsas, and the meat options were great. Highly recommend the chorizo and al pastor. Tacos are a good size. Not too small and not too big, I got three and it was a good amount. The cashier was incredibly friendly. Looking forward to returning often.”

This time the place was more busier than my previous visits, but that was ok, as our food came out on time and hot. The coolest thing about Brooklyn Water Bagel is their iced coffee, which unlike other cafes they freeze their coffee into cubes, that way your coffee tastes the same as time passes by and not watered down. The coffee was self served so there were many flavors to choose from. I had the dark roast with the bourbon pecan creamer, and it was sweet. Definitely a new favorite flavor. For breakfast I had the asiago bagel with a cheese omelette made with tomatoes mushrooms and spinach, yummy in taste and healthy. Gf had an omelette too with some avocados and an everything bagel. She enjoyed her breakfast very much so. If you’re looking to have a unique breakfast experience Brooklyn Water Bagel is the place to be!”

“I wish I could give this place ten stars. I decided to get something different this time and went with their curry goat which was freaking clutch. It has just the right flavors and it wasn’t spicy (at least for my taste). Portions were also big. Customer service is also great and I was able to get my food in less than 5 minutes. There’s also a different menu everyday. Make sure to try their Pattie’s, the mild is spicy and hot is super spicy. Also try their coco bread which is really good, perfect to dump into the sauces.”

“A nice family-owned place on Atlantic Blvd, a little west of Federal Hwy. Our server explained that everything here is made to order, and the menu is on blackboards on the wall. We started with a Horiatiki salad with a side of Gyro. A big traditional Greek Salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, green peppers, feta, with oil and balsamic vinegar. The gyro was crispy and seasoned perfectly. This is definitely big enough to share. Chicken Souvlaki platter came with 6 pieces of seasoned chicken on a bed of rice with a small salad. You could tell it was cooked to order as it was so fresh. This wonderful little restaurant made some of the best, authentic Greek food I've had in a while. Atmosphere is cozy, quaint, and there was a nice flow of regulars and frequent diners who knew the owners and each other. Nice charm and excellent food.”

Have been for tea, but it was before the pandemic, so I was happy to return today with my good friend. We enjoyed brunch outside in the fresh air with nicely appointed tables, flowers, and a rather extensive menu. For me, it’s the vegetable crepes which were light and delicious! My friend enjoyed poached eggs Florentine. The iced cappuccino was absolutely delicious. Service is absolutely outstanding, and although it gets rather busy closer to lunchtime, we were not rushed at all. This is a beautiful place to celebrate special events. Plenty of parking, and it is quiet even though it’s adjacent to other stores. Will be returning soon for dessert crepes!”
