“First I want to thank Funeral Arranger, Tom Watson for his patience and sincerity. He alone is what sealed the deal for me and choosing this funeral home, after speaking with what seemed be countless other homes. I’m usually a well organized person, but in this sad time, my brain was as good as scrambled eggs. Secondly, The photos posted of the establishment do not do it the least bit of justice. The entire property from building, to location, to amenities, to decor, to cleanliness is simply unmatched. The entire staff were completely wonderful in honoring my requests, guiding me through the procedures, thoroughly answering my questions with kindness and almost unbelievable patience no matter how many times I asked (embarrassingly) I have a large Italian family, who can at times be loud and obnoxious and quite frankly annoying. The staff never lost their patience with any of them. Which I noticed, will forever be thankful to them for. If you’re like me, and this is your first time arranging a funeral for your loved one, please contact serenity and you’ll instantly understand what I’m trying to convey in this review. “This was a great experience for a college spring breaker. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very nice and spacious. It included a kitchen, but warning there was no oven. It came with a microwave, full size refrigerator and sink with utensils including pots and pans! I would recommend this place for all. Unfortunately, it was really hard to get a hold of the front desk whenever we needed anything considering there is no office at The Reef and it is instead 2 buildings over. Would love to come again! The area that all the spring breakers go to is about 10 minutes away and not too bad of a walk.”

“Helped my friend to relocate to Coral Plaza in Margate from his previous assisted living facility in Hollywood. At first we were not sure we were in the right place as it felt like we were entering a hotel lobby. We were immediately greeted by Tatiana who made the registration process smooth, fast & easy for my friend. Shoutout to Tatiana for her help & professionalism. This facility, unlike his previous place was spotlessly clean. The residents were all cheerful and enjoying the entertainment of the day. The food according to my friend is always very good. He has been there only a couple of weeks & I can see a total difference in my friend. He is extremely happy with Coral Plaza & I highly recommend this facility.”

The peer specialist states she no longer wants to deal with my son, Daniella Wentz. The supervisor Curtis never returns calls, even after a year and a half. Snide comments is not professional and not responding is not professional. A lack of staff and nasty residential staff. They also thrw away everything he owned from their CRT program due to him being incarcerated and then to a hospital for placement. The boy has no one, mother lives in another state and father has had hard times unable to visit and they have all of his money. Appalled.”

“Family stay with small children* We’ve stayed at a few different Cambria locations (from TX to CA) with good experiences, and decided to try the Fort Lauderdale location. Check-in was relatively smooth, small wait time while Locating a room with a bathtub. Modern hotel, nice decor and ambiance with a uniquely pleasant scent. Staff were friendly, some new and not as knowledgeable, but nice nonetheless. Once checked into our room, we did encounter a few issues in which maintenance teams were called to ‘service’ our room. Ultimately we were relocated to a different room, and this room had a balcony which was a nice bonus. This relocation was resolved after a brief conversation with the manager. Pretty convenient overall with close proximity to most importantly the beach, but also parks, shopping and grocery etc. There are also two restaurants and bar area conveniently located within the hotel which is a plus. (With happy hour).. Pricing is pretty average for the area. Cambria is roughly a block away from the beach short walk, not a lot of activity at this immediate location. There was mention of chairs available for rental near the valet area. Valet is the only parking option at $35~ per day plus taxes. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend giving it a try for yourself. Thank you to Kara for personally assisting us.”
