The owner, Ric and his partner, arrived on time early morning, and got right to work, with a polite, skilled, highly efficient team. They cleared both rooms of furniture (and clutter) removed carpet, nail tacks, and swept throughly... then two teams of two began to simultaneously complete two 300sq ft room in a matter of hours. They were receptive to my picky requests of which plank design went where. and truly did an AMAZING job. By mid afternoon, both floors were completed, they cleaned up, and cheerfully returned all of the furniture to its rightful place, even replugged and wired the electronics that had been moved. Completely thrilled with this company, the owners and their staff. After 15 years of living in my home, encountering dozens of work crews for various home improvements, i can say that without a doubt this was the most PERFECT experience i have ever had with a crew and the results.
