“Update: I appreciate that the owner proactively contacted me even though I originally left 3 stars without a comment. She offered to fix it and gave me a different curl and lighter thickness so the lashes held up better (I have thin natural lashes). She was meticulous and took an hour to give me lashes that fit my eyes (and technically my natural lash resilience) better. I appreciate her experience, handy work and for reaching out to me. I will see how long they last and go back to her for a refill if all holds up. I can understand owning a small business and sometimes people/help have humanly bad/off days, but I left the one star for now because my first experience wasn't great as you can read below. Lastly, I can tell Lisset has more experience and is more thorough b/c I actually read the reviews beforehand, but I'm not someone that is demanding esp as a new customer. If I do go back for my refill it will definitely only be with her, thus is the case with any salon or service. We all have our preferences. Thanks for fixing this situation. Hi. Though your IG presence looks professional my visit didn't meet my expectations. First, I didn't feel like there was at least 6 ft of social distancing between the beds and if there was there were a few times her child and her music felt like it was very close to me. I understand during this time it may be difficult to balance childcare as I have my own children but hearing WAP play from her iPad didn't create an ambiance I was expecting. Second, the way she taped my left eye was painful the entire time from start to finish, and she messed up at least three of my lashes. One in the middle you can see it glued above my eyelid/lash line and the other two are by the inner corners close to my nose. She glued it where it already looks like it's on week 2 or 3 and waiting to fall off, in other words she didn't glue it close enough towards the lash line. The right eye may or may not have the same issue on the inner corners also. Also, I felt like her long nails (though in style now) may have made it hard for her to place the tape correctly in the first place. Just my opinion. Lastly, at the end is when she told me she only takes cash, Cash app or some other app. It would have been nice to have been told in the beginning rather than the end. Also, she didn't get a chance to check my lashes as I had to use the bathroom and she received a phone call. Maybe if she did check she would have noticed the lashes being a bit off towards the inner corners. I just said it was fine, but got to my car and noticed. I'm not really one to be demanding. She also gave me a price for the refill, but I don't see that price on the website so it's not consistent. Anyways, I would have preferred to have just sent you my review in private but here we are. I would rather just not return than write a negative review because the rest of the lashes look fine so far. Thank you for asking though.”

“My Son attended this school and is now a Junior in College. My 9 year old and 2 Nieces currently attend this School. I have never encountered an issue that the teachers or Principal were not able to solve. Over the years the Teachers and admin staff have been Kind, courteous, empathic and very very helpful. They have shown a lot interest in my child's education and is very eager to assist in ensuring that my child succeed. The Principal and Vice Principal greets and respects each child and Parent and has an open door policy to any suggestions you may have. The teachers has proven to be quite resourceful and communicate effectively and frequently about my child's progress. It really takes a village, and Parents have to realize that these teachers are dealing with hundreds of Personalities all alone. I admit they may not be perfect but It also takes the involvement of Parents in their child's education and the institution they choose. I have gotten to know the Teaching and Admin staff personally through my constant involvement with the School participating as much as I can, and let me tell you ....THEY ARE AWESOME!!!!!!!”

Originally, we chose to install one type of fan. I ordered three of them, installed them and didn’t love them. I felt that they didn’t blow enough air. Darryl literally came to my house after his work day to help figure out what would be a better fit. We found the best one and he arranged for replacement and installation. “We were able to book them at the last minute to move from Boston to Miami when another moving company did not show up. The customer service was perfect. They arrived on time and gave me a call when they were heading over so I knew to be ready. They packed up my goods very carefully, disassembled my furniture quickly without breaking anything, and took safe care. They arrived at the new location 7 days after pickup and were able to unload my goods extremely fast as well. They put all the boxes where I asked them to, and they put my furniture back together extremely fast and arranged my room the way I wanted. I would recommend them to anyone that is moving.”

Pictured is the Tomahawk steak with fries and their risotto😍😍😍😍. The steak was seasoned and cooked to perfection. That risotto rice is 🔥💯 We also get the picanha tower (not pictured) which will blow your mind as well. Shout out to Chef Sancler, he has really got something great going here!! “I found this company at a home show. I was blown away compared to the other companies out there like WestShore homes or that other franchise. I have to say… I honestly cannot believe someone would complain about an employee not speaking English, (in Miami!?) especially when “production” aka the manager is there to assist. I too struggle with Spanish and they tried really hard to communicate with me however I had no problems getting ahold of the English speaking manager every time I needed to communicate so I have 0 complaints. It wasn’t “cheap” however I can’t imagine how much this would’ve cost had I hired someone to do tile. I no longer have to worry about grout lines, this is so easy to clean. They even moved a toilet for me, did so much rip out and took it all to the dumb. They worked tirelessly and my bathroom looks amazing. There is no other product like this on the market. Everyone can’t believe that it’s not tile. Solid surface is the future! Oh and the barn door is so beautiful!!! One person did ALL of this. So it took 3 days but so much better than dealing with plumber, tile, drywall, etc. Last time I remodeled a bathroom it took 6 weeks!!! I’ll take 3 days for even better results!! Thank you so much American Bath and Shower!!”
