“A relative of ours was looking for an independent living facility in California and could not find anything in his budget. He had just had some health problems and his outlook on life was bleak. We looked around for him in South Florida to be near us and he came to Aston Gardens based on how we loved it. Turns out Aston Gardens is so much better than anything we had considered in California or Orlando! Aston Gardens has definitely made a huge difference for him: he’s happier than I’ve ever see him! He’s always talking about his friends at Aston Gardens now; he sings in their music group; he goes gallivanting around Ft. Lauderdale with one of his friends; he meets at others’ homes for birthdays and holidays. Someone is throwing him a birthday party this coming week and 18 people are coming. He just went to another person’s birthday party at a swanky restaurant. I was impressed that his friends raised funds to help Ukraine and they do other civic minded activities. The local high school has s Christmas parade on golf carts through their community. The synagogue nearby gave the residents gifts for Purim this past year. It’s a wonderful community. He was so excited when the dining room was remodeled and bragged on it, so I went to take pictures of it. Tee and Addie, the staff today, welcomed me to the dining area and added that they were proud of their gym, concert room and games area also. Tee and Addie knew my relative by name and by what they said I could tell the staff here cares about residents here. Aston Gardens is situated pretty near to a shopping center to the north. South of it are all the stores and restaurants and shops you could ever wish for. It’s a very nice area of town. When my husband and I moved to Orlando we toured other independent living facilities with our relative but he decided to stay at Aston Gardens. His friends told him they would miss him and I think that means so much to him. We couldn’t be happier that he moved to Aston Gardens. We hope it continues to stay as wonderful as it has been.”

“My family wanted Asian food this weekend and found a nearby buffet. Sushi, seafood, sippan and fried food for children can satisfy the taste of the whole family. I like the food in this place. My child wanted to eat chocolate ice cream, but there was no ice cream in the machine, I told my waitress, although she was busy, she brought us new ice cream in the first time, my child was so happy. “You can feel God's presence as soon as you walk in. The worship really ministers to me and I feel deeply connected with God. The people are very friendly and always smiling. Not a big mega-church, which makes it easy to get to know people and establish fruitful relationships. Pastors are young but with lots of wisdom beyond their age. They have activity rooms and teachers for my kids, and they love it. The best way to describe my experience is that it "feels like home". Give a try, you will like this church!”

“Amazing staff, Dr. Chami is an AMAZING Dentist! Our family found her after I went to another dentist to have a root canal on a tooth that the filling fell out of. On a follow up appointment, a routine cleaning and exam, the other dentist advised me I had 13 cavities that needed filled. I've never had more than 3 cavities my entire 39 years of life. I got out of the chair and never went back. That's when I found Dr. Chami and made an appointment for an exam to have a second opinion. She did my exam, took x-rays and said I have ZERO CAVITIES! Even though she knew the other dentist advised me I have 13... She could have taken advantage of that and said yes you X amount of cavities, but when she said I have none, I knew I found my life long dentist. That was 6 years ago and we've been going there ever since. The office is very clean and equipment is well maintained. It's not the most modern office with all the electronics and TVs that end up costing the customer more for service, it's retro and I love it! If you want a dentist that will be gentle, honest, upfront, and no BS charges, call and make an appointment! You will no be disappointed!”
