“Although this company provides a good service, their prices are way off the chart. I had a problem with my top of the line A/C system. They sent two reps out to diagnose the problem which took approximately 30 minutes. They did a bit of rooting around and found out the problem was the fan was not working. They quoted $380 to fix the fan, which was under warranty. I okayed the repair thinking it was going to take a while to fix this problem and that the $380 was "fair". Little did I know that the whole fix took around 35 minutes or so. When I asked the repairman how much they charged for labor, I was told $85 an hour. Why $380 then? Because I was charged the labor for the two men who "diagnosed" the problem, the time spent coming and going from my home, the time spent going to the warehouse to get the parts, and the time spent for the repairman to come back to my home and repair the AC! WHAT A RIPOFF!!! I can only say I will never use this company again. I didn't realize my costs included running their company. I realize their are overhead expenses, but this was totally unacceptable. All I can say is "buyer beware"......................look around and you'll definitely find a cheaper fix.”

“Rhythmic Art is one of the best rhythmic gymnastics clubs not only in Florida, but in the United States! Both of my daughters are gymnasts at Rhythmic Art and they love it. My older daughter started attending the competitive program at Rhythmic Art four years ago. My younger daughter used to attend mommy and me classes and this year she transitioned into competitive team. The facility is amazing and the club is the home of many state, regional and national champions. Some of the gymnasts are national team members. “Best flight school out there period. You will have a hard time finding a better program due to their more than reasonable prices and the accelerated pace they allow you to move at. I came to Florida Aviation Academy with only a Private Pilot Certificate and within 3 months of continuous, and in depth flight training I had earned my Instrument Rating, Commercial Single Engine and Commercial Multi-Engine Licenses. Now I am working on my CFI and am expecting to be done with it in about a month. The school is very accommodating to life and personal needs and are willing to work with you if anything comes up. The school will also work with you to keep your costs down as much as possible which separates them from other flight programs I have encountered in the past. The chief flight instructor, Jack, is one of the most accomplished pilots I have ever met and has a fountain of knowledge he is eagerly waiting to share with every student that walks through the doors. The culture here is fantastic due to it professional and family like environment. Instructors are always available for help and are more than happy to sit down and thoroughly explain answers to whatever questions you may have. If you come to this school and apply yourself, it will be the best choice you will ever make for your future in aviation.”

“Hi. I’m writing this review of Raphael and uc miami. I too have a savant system. And it was wired completely for the pervious owners. I contacted him and over the last 6-9 months he has worked hard to get everything in the system working perfectly. This is a completcates system and required a lot of back and forth between the owner and technicians. So patience is a virtue. But the final product is near total home intigration. Raphael is been good to work with and had my system perfect even though I’m not the original owner. I love it and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him for IT island integration matters.”
