Yoga Den Fleming Island

Yoga Den Fleming Island is a studio that is warm and welcoming and feels like a yoga home. They have classes and instructors to fit every need whether you prefer a very gentle meditative class with live music, slightly more active mind/body class, or heated or unheated power class. There are also frequent additional workshop type classes to help improve specific areas of your practice. All ages and skill levels will find a class that works for them. If you aren’t sure where to start you can contact the studio and they will help guide you.

Andrew was a wonderful instructor. The yoga class I took was very well done and very relaxing. The music was relaxing and the atmosphere was great.

I like the variety of options for classes. I also like the no-pressure environment and I feel like the instructors care about the experience that you have. It's where I go to de-stress and re-center. I feel like the instructors are well-trained and knowledgeable, which is important to me as well. I love it!
