(May 10, 2023, 3:32 pm)My experience at Green Cove Dental was pleasant. The facility was extremely clean, organized & decorated nicely. The receptionist was friendly & welcoming. New patient registration was painless. My hygienist was friendly and made conversation. X-rays were obtained by my hygienist and this process was thorough & painless as well. Dr. Chery came in next and washed her hands immediately. She was wearing a mask and presented herself professionally. She explained her actions prior to performing them and made sure I had opportunities to ask questions. She performed a thorough examination of my mouth, teeth, gums, etc. Dr. Chery thoroughly reviewed my X-rays with me and educated me on items that need attention. Next, my hygienist returned to begin cleaning my teeth. This is where I felt my experience was suboptimal. The hygienist was somewhat rough as she brushed and flossed my teeth. Several of my gums were bleeding after this (I floss 4-5 times/week) and she broke the floss in half several times which resulted in some spaces being neglected because she moved on after the floss broke. While brushing, she was not very thorough and it felt like she basically skimmed over my teeth without applying any pressure or ensuring she brushed all accessible areas as best as she could. Afterwards, I found toothpaste on my phone which was 3-4 feet away. But, I’m sure that can happen so this is sort of understandable. My hygienist just seemed to rush through her part of the cleaning. Otherwise, my hygienist was fine and treated me appropriately. Lastly, Dr. Chery returned to finish the cleaning. She utilized a tool I’ve never had before which felt like an extremely strong water pic. I could feel my teeth & gums being cleaned exceptionally well. It was slightly uncomfortable at times because of the pressure but she had warned me of this and made sure I was ok throughout. Upon finishing, she reviewed my visit with me. Communication among staff was good and everyone took time to make my visit a good one. I will return to Green Cove Dental again since it was overall a positive experience. Thanks.
(May 7, 2023, 12:34 am)I would rate this place 10 stars if I could. The receptionist is super sweet she also responds fast to the calls and if not available texts you as soon as posible. I did not have to wait months to book an appointment. The technician was also really sweet, attentive, and super fast. The dentist was caring and made sure I was comfortable. The place looks clean and beautiful. I would recommend this place to anyone.
(April 13, 2023, 12:43 pm)We switched from another dentist due to service and scheduling issues at previous dentist. I love Green Cove Dental so far due to there scheduling isn’t booked out for months; my kids have always been able to get appointments within a timely manner; at appointment check-in has been smooth n quick and we never spend 30-45 minutes waiting to be called back. I also like that this dentist allows parents to go back with the kids; I know of a few dental offices don’t allow this which they should for the child and parents comfort. The dentist is very attentive to the teeth and educated us a lot on proper hygiene care with braces and my daughter has had braces for over 2 years and her prior dentist never informed us of a lot of this education. We are do greatful to have found this dentist and will refer others to them as well. Office is very clean and fresh smelling; all staff are nice & friendly.
(March 22, 2023, 2:51 pm)I would definently recommend them to anyone! I have been in 3 times now. The staff was excellent! Dr Cherry was amazing! Everything was explained to me till I understood it. I still have a few more appointments, but am very happy to drive 40 minutes to get there.
(January 31, 2023, 5:24 pm)I am a new patient, and I am completely satisfied. Dr. Chery made me feel comfortable and not rushed at all. She answered all of my questions and did a excellent job on my front teeth. Her staff gets a shout out also, very nice and knowledgeable. You guys rock!!!
